Your session will take place on the ground, weather permitting, wrapped with a huge Canadian Bull Buffalo Robe leaving your face exposed for proper breathing.
Bring a face covering if you wish. Bring any medicine pieces, prayer bundles or prayer blankets you are called to have with you.
Both sessions start with a talk, smudging and a tobacco offering.
Session 1 is the meditation healing or journeying session in silence for 30 minutes.
Session 2 includes drumming, rattle, chanting, sacred hoop and songs with drumming & rattle.

Buffalo is also symbolic of Wanka-Tanka – the Great Spirit in manifestation, who was also referred to as the Great Everything – and is a reminder that whatever talents and abilities we may have they all derive from the source of the Great Provider. So Buffalo as a power animal serves as a reminder that everything we possess is but temporary, and that true happiness can never be attained alone; it comes through sharing what one has, and what one is, with others.
